Can I customise my watercolour family portrait?
Yes. You may combine multiple individual photos into one family portrait, include pets, add names, a date or meaningful wording, and share your preferred family order. Upload your photos in the customizer, add notes in the Special Instructions section, and email us after checkout if you have a more detailed request.
Can you help me choose the best photos?
Absolutely. Clear, well-lit photos with faces that are easy to see will give us the best starting point. You are welcome to upload more than one photo of each person, especially when combining separate images. We will use the strongest references available and can guide you if you are unsure which photos will work best for your portrait.

Each portrait is made to order. Standard production takes 7 to 10 working days. Need it sooner? Please contact us before ordering and we will confirm whether an express option is possible. Shipping usually takes a further 2 to 3 working days. Your artwork is created with care, securely packaged when physical, and made especially for your family.
