At Your Fine Lines, we take pride in creating custom artwork designed specifically for you. As our products are made-to-order, we have specific guidelines regarding returns and refunds to ensure the best possible experience for our customers.
1. Custom Artwork Orders
Due to the personalized nature of our artwork, we do not offer refunds once the artwork has been created. This includes both digital and physical prints of your custom line art, as each piece is crafted uniquely for you.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
If a frame or print arrives damaged, we are happy to provide a replacement. However, we do not offer refunds in these cases. Please notify us of any damage within 7 days of receiving your order, and include photos of the damaged item and packaging. Once your claim is approved, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of custom artworks and personalized goods, they are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective, in this case, we will provide you with a replacement.
